Thirikadugam is a mix of three ingredients Dried Ginger Pepper Long Pepper. The mix strengthens the digestive system provides relief from cold, fever and regulates the metabolism of the body.
Preparation: Dry roast all Ingredients in slow flame for light colour change after that grinding the same in fine. Boil one teaspoon 5g of Thirikadugam powder with 150ml of water for 5 minutes. Filter and serve hot. Can also be taken mixing with honey or palm sugar, jaggery
