Very High Filtration: Our activated carbon masks use four layers of virgin medical grade nonwovens which are silky smooth and lint free. Three layers are of 25 gsm providing a thick yet breathable mask. The middle meltblown layer provides a bacteria and particulate filtration efficiency > 99%. The additional penultimate layer is Activated Carbon fabric which is very porous, so it acts as a very strong filter and also adsorbs bad smells and odours.
Breathable: As we use only medical grade nonwovens, the fabric is also highly breathable and comfortable. Our masks are tested extensively for breathability and air permeability, to ensure that the masks remain cool and comfortable to wear for long periods without compromising filtration efficiency
Fluid Repellency & Splash Resistant: By using four layers (120 Gsm) of velvet smooth medical grade technical textiles, our masks which are tested for splash using synthetic blood. Even with a test force > 160 mmHg, the masks remain impenetrable to fluids and splash backs. So even if it's blood splash or someone sneezing & coughing on you, Filtra masks will keep you safe and dry!
Extra Thick & Soft Ear Bands: Filtra masks all now use an enhanced extra thick and soft 5 mm latext free elastic ear loops. With generous length and additional elongation, the ear loops do not apply pressure on the ears and allow the user to wear for extended periods without pain.
Extra long dual core noseclip: Filtra masks use longer than average nose clips which are toxin free PE coated malleable twin core softened aluminium wire. The extra long noseclip which is malleable can be positioned over the nose and upper cheek to prevent inward air leakage and also specs fogging.
