I measured the size of the product and found as it is mentioned in specification. The volume measured and found 5.5ltrs instead of 6.9ltrs.

The problem with this product is that it is intended to be used both for induction and gas, and when u use it on either of them, the milk or any other product that you heat in this sticks to the bottom and gets burnt. No matter how slow the heating or how mild the flame used, milk, dal etc. gets burnt at the bottom. We first put about 100 ml water at the base so that the milk etc. should not get burnt/stick to the base and have been heating things at slowest possible heat, minimum flame, the heating that was supposed to be done in 30 minutes, takes one and half hours, and we constantly scrub the base with wooden/silicon karchi/spatula, One person keeps standing at work as we have to keep stirring throughout the heating process, then also the things get burnt and stick to the base. This is a poor product, maybe because of the poor quality of material used or poor construction. But its not worth even free of cost and is not good for either gas or induction. Please do not buy. We are ready to return it free of cost.

Very poor packaging, didnt expected this bad packaging. Quality is good the bottom pan only the lid is very lite and received damaged (bend) lid, tht is due to poor packaging.
