The product arrived in perfect condition, well packed and exactly as described. I washed it it a sponge and soap & warm water before using it.I cooked in it, and the kadai performs perfectly. Good heating, good heat distribution & retention.After use, I washed & dried the kadai, applied a light coating of cooking oil and heated the kadai. I let it cool & kept it aside.I'm sure this kadai will give me many years of good service.

Food is blackened even after so many times of cooking. Finishing is okay. Specially mentioned only for dry foods not for gravy.

Unusable due to black residue being released. Tried every method known to clean it. It still releases huge amounts of black residue. As cause of black residue unknown am not using it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID.
