i frequently end up touching hot water or burning my hand due to iron or some other random household scrapes/bruises. this item kept in fridge provides immediate relief! i only wish it came in a nozzle type dispenser bottle so that its easy to take just the required amount. i bought a separate bottle to store the gel in and keep it refrigerated.
