useless addition of an enormous amount of 250mg senna leafs doesnt only cause bloating,abdominal cramps,diarrhoea,pain but can permanently hinder the bowel movement by its own..Better see NHS Website about senna side effects..It should be avoided & instead Aloe Vira, Amla, Clove, Dilli Oil, peppermint, spearmint, Simethicone, Fennel must be encouraged if you have gas & bloating! This huge amount of 250mg Senna is simply too much!!!
