First time I’m taking time to give complete review after several months to help people understand in taking decision whether to buy or not.Literally drains out the stomach. just take it with hot water. If the problem is severe then consider taking two times. It works best for the old people to regularize the constipation issue.I recommend for middle age people also for better fiber content. The product did help in easing bowel movements. It's kind of difficult to use. It's supposed to be used with warm water (which I had to find out from Google. There's not much info on the packet about how to use it). But it doesn't dissolve at all in water.Also it comes in a flimsy paper packet. It was torn and spilling out when I opened the outer cover (which btw was also looking sad and crumpled).

I was pleasantly surprised by the superb performance of this product. Due to some on ongoing medication, I had to be under painkilller 24x7 for over months and this caused severe constipation. I was asked to use cremaffin regularly by doctors, however my brother suggested to try a spoonful of this powder a day and miraculously it worked from the very first day, so much that, I did not even consume a spoon of cremaffin. Love this product so much and also recommend it for others. There are no side effects in my 2 months usage.Also I used spread this powder on top of fruits and eat, so I dint not feel any awkwardness with taste too.

I liked the pricing it's very affordable also usually I eat a lot of chicken and eggs around 13-14 whole eggs daily or 1 kg chicken and it's difficult for me to digest and I feel constipated but after taking this isabgol I never constipated also very I feel ,very smooth motion during poop
