It is quite sweet so will not work if you want to add to soups or dishes which should not contain any sweetness. It ruined my mushroom soup and other savoury dishes. It is ok if you want to add to tomato or sweetcorn soup where you don’t mind the extra sweetness.

Its very average. I have used stock powder from abroad which was excellent. Tried a couple of brands besides this in India. None of them are really good.However, this is better than the Maggi stock and less salty

Read the ingredients before buying. I wish I had. It has a vague salty flavour which is nothing like vegetable boullion I've tried previously. A disappointing product from Urban Platter. Ruined a soup because it ended up too sweet.
