I have always loved whole foods and mota anaaj for its taste and nutty texture, but tried the Kodo millet for the first time. This is perfect for kheer and phirni. Once cooked, consistency is quite similar to jau, which we often use to make kheer. Even the older folks in my family enjoyed it!
